140 Santas make for seasonal celebration in Torquay
More than 100 Santas of various shapes and sizes sauntered along the seafront of a Devon town.
About 140 children, staff members and parents from Torre C of E Primary School swapped their warm winter clothes for beards and red coats for the festive event in Torquay.

The school's Parent Teacher Association organised the Santa walk on Saturday as part of its LoveLIFE campaign, in partnership with the WMN's sister paper The Herald Express.
The two-mile walk started and finished at The Grand Hotel, which sponsored the event and provided refreshments.

The event was the first of its kind run by the school, and organisers admitted they were "surprised" by the high turnout.
Deputy head Sue Julyan said: "The Santa walk was very well-supported by staff, parents and pupils. It was a lot of fun and everyone seemed to enjoy the event.
"Our target was to reach 100 Santas of all shapes and sizes, all wearing matching suits. But we smashed that target, so we're all delighted.
"Lots of hard work went into the organisation, but we were well-supported by the PTA and the sponsors.
"Next year we'll have loads of costumes to do the walk again, and hopefully raise a lot of money for charity."
