UPDATE: A38 at Ivybridge clear after crash
Rush-hour traffic was delayed on the A38 this morning after a crash involving two cars.
Police and an ambulance were called to the A38 off-slip at Ivybridge heading towards Exeter at 8:13am.

A Vauxhall Astra spun off the road and another car was partially obstructing the road, say police.
Highways Agency cleared the road and it was reopened at 9:10am.
