A38 crash causes tailbacks across Tamar Bridge

Commuters heading into Cornwall are experiencing long delays this evening after a two-vehicle crash.

The collision between a red Renault Laguna and a white Citroen van has shut the A38 at Tideford in Cornwall.

Police were called to the scene between Church Road and Trerulefoot roundabout at 4.15pm today.

The crash has left one woman with chest pains which are not thought to be life-threatening.
