AUDIO: Players didn't do what I asked of them - Tisdale
Exeter City manager Paul Tisdale admitted he was disappointed with the players following their two-nil loss to Newport County, saying they didn't do what he asked of them.
City started the match well and created a number of chances in the first half, but fell behind when Conor Washington fired home following a long throw into the box after 23 minutes.
The second goal saw Harry Worley fire into the roof of the net after also finding himself in space at the far post following a cross from Washington.
Tisdale said despite some good individual performance they didn't do what he asked of them collectively and felt they weren't good enough in both boxes.
