ADELE Dawson, head of Business Advantage at South Devon College, will be the guest speaker at the next 1st Friday Breakfast Meeting tomorrow at the Innovation Centre in Paignton.

Adele (pictured) will be launching the sixth South Devon Enterprise Week, part of Global Entrepreneurship Week.

This annual event takes place from November 12 to 16, bringing together people interested in enterprise, and is a celebration of entrepreneurship and business success.

Since its creation, more than 10 million people from 102 countries have participated in entrepreneurial-related activities during the week.

Last year, 88 countries hosted Global Entrepreneurship Week and generated more than 32,000 activities.

Adele will be launching the South Devon Enterprise Week 2012 programme including 'An audience with…', speednetworking and Dragon's Den.

All local businesses are welcome to attend. There is a charge of £5 which includes a breakfast bap and tea and coffee.

Mayor of Torbay, Gordon Oliver said: "I encourage all Torbay business people to come along to our Friday networking events at the Innovation Centres; they offer a good forum for idea sharing and networking, as well as a series of thought provoking seminars."
