His paintings are produced mainly in acrylic on canvas and the gallery is fortunate in hosting this artist's colourful and exciting work.

There are also paintings by Shan Miller, of animals found slightly nearer home than Africa, hounds and cattle among them.

Hatherleigh residents are extremely fortunate in having the opportunity to visit this gallery and experience these vivid and inspirational works by such talented artists.

The exhibition continues for a while longer – so escape the dull, drab weather outside and enjoy the gorgeous hues of giraffes, puffins and leopards inside the bright and attractive gallery. It is open on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
