Appeal for witnesses to fatal crash
A 78-YEAR-old woman from the Crediton area has died following a crash on the A377 in November.
Patricia Anne Daniels, of Copplestone, was driving a red Nissan Almera when it collided with a silver Volvo C70 on the A377 at Barnstaple Cross on November 27.

Mrs Daniels suffered serious internal injuries and was taken to Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital, where she remained until she died on Monday, February 19.
The female driver of the Volvo, also from the Crediton area, was injured.

The cause of the collision, which occurred at around 5pm, is still being investigated.
A spokesman for Devon and Cornwall Police said: "Officers are particularly keen to speak to the driver of a Peugeot 306 which was being driven towards Barnstaple and may have witnessed what happened.
"Drivers who were travelling in the opposite direction may also have valuable information."
