Armed robbers 'threaten staff with hammer' at Ernest Jones' jewellers in Exeter
Men armed with a hammer burst into a jewellers in Exeter and threatened staff, before making off with expensive watches.
Police are now appealing for information following the robbery at Ernest Jones' jewellers in Exeter this morning.

The incident occurred at 9am at the store in the high street.
A police spokesperson said: "It is believed three men in black clothing smashed the door, threatened staff with a hammer and stole boxes of Rolex watches."

The thieves ran off in the direction of John Lewis and got into a black Jaguar.
Following an extensive search of the area, police located the vehicle in Sainsbury's car park in Alphington.
During the incident one member of staff was injured by glass.
