A woman was arrested for failing a breath test following a car crash yesterday.

The accident happened at around 3pm on Tavistock Road opposite Crownhill village.

Police said a red Rover 25 collided with a blue BMW 323i.

The 29-year-old woman, from Manadon, who was driving the Rover 25 was arrested for failing a breath test at the scene.
