An Exeter-based recycling facility has been awarded certification that will enable the compost it produces to be sold commercially.

EcoSci has won Association for Organics Recycling (AfOR) PAS 100 accreditation for its soil conditioner, West Country Enhanced. EcoSci's compost has become one of only three made in the UK within an enclosed in-vessel system to win the quality mark. West Country Enhanced is the third addition to EcoSci's Peat Free compost line.
