BLISS team appears on the streets of Barnstaple
SHOPPERS had a chance to hear first-hand about the BLISS shopping scheme at a promotional stall in Barnstaple High Street.
A representative of BID Barnstaple joined the North Devon Journal for what turned out to be a hugely successful day.

Many people filled in an application form to join the scheme there and then, while others took leaflets home to fill out and apply afterwards.

To enter the monthly competition all you have to do is collect six stamps on one of the 12 stamp cards, when you spend £10 or more in a single transaction in a participating business.
Once your monthly stamp card is full, just complete the answer to the monthly qualifying question which will be printed in the North Devon Journal.
Shoppers and visitors to Barnstaple need to keep an eye open for the bright green BLISS window sticker in participating shops and businesses such as QI for Health and Wholeness in Market Street, Barnstaple.
QI offers a warm welcome to customers and has a wide range of quality health foods and associated products, alongside clinical hypnotherapy, aura cleansing, crystal healing, aromatherapy and massage.
When a BLISS card holder books a full body massage with QI, they will receive £10 discount off the full price.

“They may have discounts but that's no good when none of the high street shops sell what your looking for. Every item is cheaper online and when I need something that I can't wait to be delivered they I can't find nowhere that sells it. Shopping is town is basically for people who don't mind paying over the odds and like to compromise when they find they don't sell the products they need. The only good shops in Barnstaple are out of town shops like Tescos and barum auto parts. Which both have competitive prices and plenty of stock.”
