DO you recognise this man shown in this picture?

He was seen in Cumberland Street, in Devonport, at around 3pm on December 4 outside the Premier shop.

A short while later a white and red diamond BMX bike with a distinctive white tyre and black tyre which had been left nearby was noticed missing by its owner.

It is hoped the man shown in the images can assist with tracing the £400 bike.
