Backstage gossip: Gabby Young and her animals made a surprise visit to local school
RUMOUR has it that fabulous circus swing band Gabby Young And Other Animals played a surprise visit to children at Monkleigh Primary School and entertained them with songs and acrobatic dancing.
Apparently, teacher Mrs Reeves had spoken to the band at their gig the night before and told them about her school. Straight away Gabby and her friends offered to come in the next day to talk and play to the children. Journal2 also heard each pupil was given a signed CD.
