Bid for vacancy
ANYONE who is interested in joining Tiverton Town Council has a fortnight left to submit their application for consideration for co-option to the post.
The vacancy in the Castle Ward has arisen following the decision by The Rev Ian Johnston to step down from the council on health grounds last year.
If you are interested in being selected please forward a letter to the town clerk stating why you wish to become a councillor and what skills or perspective you could bring to the council.
The closing date to apply is noon on January 21.
