Bideford hit seven against Otterton in Devon Veterans Cup
BIDEFORD went through to the quarter-finals of the Devon Veterans Cup with a 7-1 win at Otterton.
The goals came from Gary McFarlane (two), Adrian Lynch, Matt Jeffery, Mick Kearney, Mark Shepherd and Shaun Kenneally.
Bideford led 3-0 at half time and never looked in danger, although, ten minutes from time, they conceded their first goal this season.
After Sunday's tie was postponed, Barnstaple Town and Okehampton Argyle will try again this weekend, with the winners away to Bideford in the quarter-finals.
