Brit jazz with Compassionate Dictatorship at the Queen's
THE quirkily-named quartet Compassionate Dictatorship takes over the Queen's Theatre next Wednesday. The talented four will present original music influenced by a wide span of styles, ranging from the worlds of folk to free and contemporary jazz.
The result of a collaboration between Jezz Franks and Tori Freestone, this guitar and sax-led ensemble has been described by Jazzwise Magazine as, "catching the current wave of Brit Jazz".
