THE following cases have been dealt with by Plymouth magistrates:

ANTHONY BENNETT, aged 50, of Exmouth Road, Plymouth: failing to comply with the requirement of the Sex Offender Register — 12-month conditional discharge with a three-month curfew and 200 hours' unpaid work and ordered to pay £85 prosecution costs.

BEKIM BESLIMAJ, aged 20, of George Street, Plymouth: threatening behaviour — 12-month community order with Thinking Skills programme and ordered to pay £85 prosecution costs.

WILLIAM BOOTH, aged 33, of Mayflower Street, Plymouth: drink-driving — banned from driving for 20 months, fined £500, ordered to pay £85 prosecution costs and £15 victim surcharge.

CLAIRE BOVEY, aged 27, of Grand Hotel Road, Plymouth: drink-driving and failing to stop after a road accident — banned from driving for 20 months, fined £750 and ordered to pay £85 prosecution costs and £15 victim surcharge.

BARBARA GILBERT, aged 51, of Bovisland Lane, Down Thomas: drink-driving — banned from driving for 18 months, fined £325, ordered to pay £85 prosecution costs and £15 victim surcharge.

KEVIN HOOPER, aged 39, of Faunstone Farm, Plympton: assault by beating and possession of an offensive weapon — fined £200, ordered to pay £65 prosecution costs, £25 compensation and £15 victim surcharge.

SUZANNE JAMES, aged 40, of Swallows End, Plymouth: drink-driving — banned from driving for 18 months, fined £225, ordered to pay £85 prosecution costs and £15 victim surcharge.

AKIM MADIMBA, aged 30, of Stoke Road Flats, Plymouth: assault by beating and criminal damage — 12-month community order with Integrated Domestic Abuse Programme, and ordered to pay £85 prosecution costs.

AARON PARSONAGE, aged 22, of Desborough Road, Plymouth: criminal damage — fined £200, ordered to pay £420 compensation, £85 prosecution costs and £15 victim surcharge.

GAIL PENKEYMAN, aged 43, of Saltash Road, Plymouth: drunk and disorderly in public — fined £50 and ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge.

DAVID STEVENS, aged 24, of Housman Close, Plymouth: assault by beating — 12-month community order with Alcohol-Specified Activity Requirement, ordered to pay £65 prosecution costs.

SAMUEL TURNER, aged 21, of Greenbank Terrace, Plymouth: drink-driving, driving without due care and attention and failing to stop after a road accident — banned from driving for 24 months, fined £320 and ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge.

GARY WILKINSON, aged 23, of Buckfast Close, Plymouth: threatening behaviour and breach of a conditional discharge — fined £200, ordered to pay £250 costs and £15 victim surcharge.
