A car which was found to be badly burned in a pub car park was set on fire deliberately, according to police.

The black Seat Ibiza was found in the car park of the Windmill Inn on Thurlestone Walk, Leigham.

It is thought that the car was set alight sometime between 9am on Sunday and 3am on Monday.

Police believe that some kind of accelerant was poured onto the front of the car and was then set alight deliberately.
