Car destroyed by fire in Uplyme
A car was destroyed after it caught fire in Uplyme in the early hours of this morning.
One fire crew from Lyme Regis was called to reports of a vehicle on fire in Lyme Road just after 12.30am.

Upon arrival, firefighters confirmed the car was well alight and requested the attendance of another fire engine to assist with water supply.
A crew from Axminster attended and crews used two hose reel jets to tackle the blaze.
