Care Bears in £1k Bay sleep walk
FUNDRAISING sleepwalkers have raised more than £1,000 for Rowcroft Hospice.
The Care Bears team made up of Sally Kenyon, Katie Sanders, Becci Hooper, Shona Walton, Martina Holland, Sally Rowse and Lori Howard took part in the 15-mile sleepwalk.
They are all staff at the Torbay community office of Somerset Care.
Clare Barge, deputy community services manager, said: "I'm so proud of all of them, 15 miles is quite a distance, especially in the dark. It was a fantastic team effort from the community base here in Torbay and we are all really pleased for them."
