Carol Vorderman plumps for an e, i, e, i, o at Kingsbridge show
A touch of gourmet glamour combined with the sights and sounds of the countryside when Carol Vorderman visited a Westcountry show.
The former brains of Countdown was among a host of celebrities to receive a warm welcome at the Kingsbridge Show, which was blessed with a rare sunny day on Saturday.
She was joined by presenter Lloyd Grossman and food critic Tom Parker-Bowles, all judges on a new ITV series called Food Glorious Food, which will air next year.
They are scouring the country for Britain's best-loved recipe, and the winning entry will make it on to the shelves of Marks and Spencer.

The celebrities told their Twitter followers how much they enjoyed the experience, with Lloyd Grossman offering thanks and saying he had a "great time", while Carol Vorderman said the event was "fab".
Show secretary Julie Rowdon said the celebrity factor was just one of the highlights in a packed programme of events which attracted a bumper crowd of 6,500, adding: "The ITV crew was an interesting opportunity for our visitors to get a closer look at filming, and hopefully it will help landmark us for next year."
She said attractions such as a book signing by veteran Simon Weston, a free motorcycling display by Jamie Squibb and a demonstration of free-running all drew large crowds to the main ring.
