FESTIVE tunes can be heard at a carol service at a special donkey sanctuary in Ivybridge.

The town's Donkey Assisted Therapy centre is hosting a carol service on December 5 from 6.30pm to 8.30pm.

It will be an evening of carol-singing, a children's nativity featuring the centre's resident donkeys and starring children who attend its Saturday Club.

A host of live music has also been planned for the evening.
