JAMIE TRIVETT, aged 29, of California Gardens, Plymouth: drink-driving – banned from driving for 12 months, fined £260 and ordered to pay £85 and £15 compensation.
ALISTAIR COURTNEY, aged 43, of Park Street, Ivybridge: failing to provide a specimen for analysis – banned from driving for three years, fined £420, ordered to pay £85 costs and £15 victim surcharge.
SHANNON DUNNE, aged 19, of Fore Street, Tamerton Foliot: allowing herself to be carried in a car which had been taken without consent and was then driven in a way which caused an accident resulting in damage – 12-month community order with Female Offender Specified Activity Requirement, banned from driving for 12 months and ordered to pay £85 costs.
NICHOLAS GOOD, aged 37, of Thurlestone Walk, Plymouth: possession of a knife in public – six-month prison sentence suspended for 12 months under probation supervision with three-month curfew and ordered to pay £85 costs.
STEVE MEEHAN, aged 19, of Howard Road, Plymouth: two counts of breaching a restraining order by contacting a woman – eight-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months under probation supervision with a three-month curfew.
JAMIE WILLIAMS, aged 23, of Hill Park Crescent, Plymouth: drunk in the highway – fined £100, ordered to pay £85 costs and £15 victim surcharge.
DANIEL WATCH, aged 25, of Hele Gardens, Plymouth: contacting a woman in breach of a restraining order – fined £100 and ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge.
