RICKY KENNEFORD, aged 20, of Ham Close, Plymouth: assaulting a man by beating him and breach of a conditional discharge – 12-month community order with 120 hours unpaid work under probation supervision and ordered to pay £50 compensation.

DAVID KNIGHT, aged 31, of Rodda Close, Gunnislake: two counts of theft from shops in Saltash and Callington – jailed for two months.

DONALD MANN, aged 42, of Wilton Street, Plymouth: concerned in the production of cannabis and theft of an outboard engine worth £3,000 – 12-month community order with 80 hours unpaid work and ordered to pay £500 compensation.
SCOTT COLLEY, aged 24, of Salisbury Road, Plymouth: drunk and disorderly – fined £35 and ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge.
THOMAS HUGHES, aged 24, of Delamere Road, Plymouth: drink-driving – banned from driving for 17 months, fined £275, ordered to pay £85 costs and £15 victim surcharge.
ANDRZEJ NALEZNIAK, aged 29, of Albert Road, Plymouth: drink-driving – 12-month community order with 120 hours unpaid work, banned from driving for 34 months, ordered to pay £85 costs and £60 victim surcharge.
JONATHAN THOMAS WILSON, aged 22, of Almond Drive, Plymouth: drink-driving – banned from driving for 20 months, fined £600, ordered to pay £600 costs and £15 victim surcharge.
