THE following cases have been dealt with by Plymouth magistrates.

DEVON CLARKSON, aged 18, of Delamere Road, Plymouth: assaulting two police officers in the execution of their duty, common assault against a man and causing criminal damage to windows – 22-week custodial sentence suspended for 12 months with probation supervision and ordered to pay £200 compensation.

MARK DOAB, aged 27, of Beaumont Road, Plymouth: assaulting a constable in the execution of his duty, obstructing an officer, attempted theft of cash and failing to surrender to bail – jailed for 24 weeks.

KONRAD RYBINSKI, aged 23, of Pembroke Lane, Plymouth: assaulting a man by beating him and assaulting a woman by beating her and threatening behaviour – 16-week prison sentence suspended for 18 months, with 100 hours unpaid work and the Low Intensity Alcohol Programme and ordered to pay £250 compensation and £85 costs.

SIMON MITCHELL, aged 23, of Wentworth Way, Saltash: theft of a tent, satellite navigation system, cigarettes and cake tins, going equipped for theft – 12-month community order with Low Intensity Alcohol Programme and 160 hours of unpaid work and ordered to pay costs of £100.

CORINNE WALTERS, aged 32, of Holman Way, Ivybridge: four offences of theft from shops, possession of Valium and going equipped for theft in breach of a suspended prison sentence – jailed for 16 weeks.

CHRISTOPHER HURLEY, aged 29, of George Place, Plymouth: possession of heroin, possession of cannabis and theft from a shop – jailed for 28 days.

JAMIE BARTRAM, aged 37, of Sunny View, Cargreen: drink-driving – banned from driving for 20 months, fined £300 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge.

RICHARD BROWN, aged 27, of Royal Navy Avenue, Plymouth: drink-driving – banned from driving for 17 months, fined £250, ordered to pay £85 costs and £25 victim surcharge.

TANYA CARTER, aged 41, of Osborne Villas, Plymouth: drink-driving – banned from driving for 17 months, fined £110, ordered to pay £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge.

DARREN HYSLOP, aged 38, of Langley Crescent, Plymouth: drink-driving – banned from driving for 17 months, fined £375, ordered to pay £85 costs and £37 victim surcharge.

ROBERT INGLEBY, aged 29, of Beatty Close, Plymouth: drink-driving – banned from driving for 22 months, fined £200, ordered to pay £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge.

IAIN MENNELL, aged 49, of Tuckermarsh Quay, Bere Alston: drink-driving – banned from driving for 36 months, fined £500, ordered to pay £85 costs and £50 victim surcharge.

TERRI CLARKE, aged 28, of Tyndale Close, Plymouth: threatening behaviour – fined £70 and ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge.

CHRISTINE COLWILL, aged 59, of Coldrenick Street, Plymouth: criminal damage to a car – fined £270, ordered to pay £300 costs and a victim surcharge of £15.

KRZYSZTOF DZIENISIEWICZ, aged 23, of Wolsdon Street, Plymouth: threatening behaviour – 12-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months, with 100 hours unpaid work and ordered to pay £85 towards costs.

KAMIL GOLENIEWSKI, aged 18, of King Street, Plymouth: threatening behaviour – 12-month community order with 100 hours unpaid work, ordered to pay £85 costs.

PAUL HARRISON, aged 37, of Fishers Road, Plymouth: causing wasteful employment of the police by making a false report – 12-month community order with Alcohol Treatment Requirement and ordered to pay costs of £150.
