THE following cases have been dealt with by Plymouth magistrates.

GRAHAM BAKER, aged 47, of Ham Drive, Plymouth: two counts of assaulting women by beating them and threatening behaviour – two-month community order with a curfew for that time, ordered to pay £200 costs, £75 compensation, fined £50 and ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge.

RAVI BROOKS, aged 24, of River View, Plymouth: assaulting a man by beating, threatening behaviour and breach of a conditional discharge – 12-month community order with 50 hours unpaid work and ordered to pay £50 compensation.

PATRICIA COULTER, aged 38, of Wolseley Road, Plymouth: assaulting a woman by beating and three offences of theft from shops – 12-month community order with six-month Drug Rehabilitation Requirement and ordered to pay compensation of £50.

SALLY PATRICIA JONES, aged 35, of Kinnaird Crescent, Plymouth: assaulting a woman by beating her and causing criminal damage to a mobile phone – six-month community order with Female Offender Specified Activity Requirement and ordered to pay £50 compensation and £50 costs.

MICHAEL RHODES, aged 58, of Elburton Road, Plymouth: assaulting a woman by beating her – fined £190, ordered to pay £200 compensation, £100 costs and £15 victim surcharge.

JAMES O'REILLY, aged 19, of Albert Road, Plymouth: two counts of interfering with motor vehicles and failing to answer bail – 12-month community order with 100 hours unpaid work, ordered to pay compensation of £110, costs of £85, fined £50 and ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge.

DANIEL PETER SMITH, aged 26, of Valletort Road, Plymouth: taking a motor scooter without consent, driving without insurance and otherwise than in accordance with a licence – find £200 and ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge.

DOUGLAS ARNOLD, aged 58, of Hickory Drive, Plymouth: drink-driving – 10-week community order, banned from driving for 46 months and ordered to pay costs of £250.

JASMINE DEMELLWEEK, aged 29, of Hele Gardens, Plymouth: drink-driving – banned from driving for 15 months, fined £110, ordered to pay £85 costs and £15 victim surcharge.

DONNA HARMER, aged 34, of Jean Crescent, Plymouth: drink-driving – eight-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months with Female Offender Specified Activity Requirement, banned from driving for 36 months and ordered to pay £85 costs.

AARON HILL, aged 19, of Rockingham Road, Plymouth: drink-driving – banned from driving for 12 months, fined £200, ordered to pay £85 costs and £15 victim surcharge.

RICHARD MORRISON, aged 20, of Healy Place, Plymouth: drunk and disorderly and failing to answer to bail – fined £200, ordered to pay £85 costs and £15 victim surcharge.

JULIAN PITKIN, aged 57, of Goswela Close, Plymouth: drink-driving – banned from driving for 15 months, fined £425, ordered to pay £85 costs and £15 victim surcharge.

KITA WEBBER, aged 24, of St Pancras Avenue, Plymouth: drink-driving – banned from driving for 12 months, fined £110, ordered to pay £45 costs and £15 victim surcharge.

OTHERS

TINA WEBB, aged 46, of Leatside, Plymouth: pursuing a course of conduct which amounted to harassment – 12-month community order with 50 hours of unpaid work and two-month curfew on Fridays and Saturdays and ordered to pay £150 compensation.
