Cllr Lorraine Parker has offered Southway Youth Centre the grant after hearing about the positive work happening in the area.

She made the gift as part of the National Youth Work Week.

The money will be used to invest in mobile skate ramps for the centre but also to invest in projects identified by young people and community members in Southway.
