Celebrity visitor comes to Ilfracombe Aquarium
A CELEBRITY visitor has praised a North Devon aquarium and its work.
BBC presenter and marine conservationist, Monty Hall, visited Ilfracombe Aquarium recently prior to giving a talk in Combe Martin.
He spent time touring the aquarium and sharing his knowledge of aquatic life.
He left the following note in the visitors' book: "A phenomenal aquarium that is a credit to you all. Your work is so important as you introduce a whole new generation to the marine world – keep it up, superb work."

The aquarium has recently been recognised by TripAdvisor who awarded the attraction a Centre of Excellence Award based on the number of positive reviews it has received.

Lawrence said there were plans in the pipeline for expansion to the exhibits and cafe/shop area.
