A STONEHOUSE pub has raised £2,550.61p for St Luke's Hospice through a day of music featuring 115 performances – plus waxing live on stage.

The event at the Melbourne Inn in Cecil Street was organised by Sarah Woodger.

The hospice's final charity live music extravaganza will be on Saturday, December 9, at the Railway Inn in Albert Road, Stoke, from 1pm until midnight.

It will feature many live local acts, plus a Christmas raffle and a grand auction.
