Charity football match
A CHARITY football match is being held next month to raise money for Motor Neuron Disease.
The ladies vs men match will be held on the Lipson Community College Astroturf on August 5 at 2pm.
The event hopes to raise money for the MND Association in aid of Roger Abbott, who was diagnosed with the disease last October.
Roger, 70, who has had a season ticket at Plymouth Argyle for 45 years, wants to give back to the charity that has done so much to help him.

Roger's niece and organiser Stacey Dan said there will be a refreshment stall during the match and a raffle held at Mutley Plain later that day. It is hoped there will be a signed Argyle shirt for a raffle prize. The event is free to attend.
