DRIVERS throughout the city were stopped for spot-checks yesterday.

Police pulled over vehicles to make a series of checks on them.

Operation Juggler is an initiative to reduce and detect crime and protect vulnerable people by targeting rogue traders.

Trading Standards, the DWP, taxi licensing, HM revenue and customs were among the other agencies involved in the checks.
