Collision between two vehicles closed Western Approach
ONE of Plymouth's busiest roads was closed when two vehicles collided, police said.
Western Approach, in the city centre, was shut for more than half an hour following the crash yesterday afternoon.
A police spokesman said a blue Ford Ranger pick-up truck and a black Vauxhall Astra had been involved in the smash at 2.37pm.
Nobody was injured but the collision blocked both lanes of city-bound traffic. One lane was reopened just after 3pm as the vehicles were recovered.
