The Rt Hon Eric Pickles MP, Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, was the keynote speaker and is pictured with the two Bay councillors.
Cllr Thomas is interim chairman of the Blatchcombe Community Partnership. It has a new website. He said: "Over the year we have seen massive community involvement."
