Couple jointly charged with drug possession to attend trial at Exeter Crown Court

A COUPLE jointly charged with drug possession will have to attend separate trials.

Victoria Starke, 31, appeared in front of North Devon Magistrates charged with possessing and intending to supply cocaine and cannabis.

Starke, of 5 The Strand, Bideford, is jointly charged with Zachary Gardener, who had already been dealt with and committed to Crown Court for trial tomorrow.

But due to a delay in Starke's case her trial will not take place until March 8. She pleaded not guilty to both offences.
