Craig Overton took the wicket of captain Aaron Finch but Australia A beat England Lions by 113 runs to open an unassailable 3-0 lead in the one-day international series.

Overton, the Somerset and North Devon all-rounder, had the opener caught behind by Ben Foakes for 57.

Used as England's first-change bowler, Overton recorded figures of 10-0-46-1 in Australia's 256 for six off  50 overs in Hobart, Tasmania, this morning.

In England's innings, the game was virtually up when Overton went to the crease at 103 for six. He was able to make only one off six balls before being caught by Callum Ferguson off the bowling of Cameron Boyce.

The Lions were eventually dismissed for 143 after 37 overs. Captain James Taylor top scored with 78 not out.

The tour party now move on to Sydney where the last two matches in the series will be played on Monday and Friday, March 1.
