Crown court for motorist
A 20-YEAR-OLD has admitted driving a car with no insurance or licence while denying two further charges arising out of a crash in South Molton.
Kieran Jones, of 23 Mayflower Close, Chittlehampton, appeared before North Devon Magistrates' Court on Friday on four different charges.
Jones pleaded guilty to using a white Peugeot 206 without insurance or a driving licence on October 1 on the B3227 at South Molton while denying charges of aggravated vehicle taking or failing to stop after a road accident.
The case was adjourned for a trial which will take place on February 18.
