Driver, 49, hurt in attack by pedestrian
A driver suffered facial injuries after being attacked by a pedestrian following a row in a Cornish village.
A 49-year-old local man was driving his car along Fore Street in Polruan when the incident took place at about 4pm on Sunday.
Police said damage was caused to his car and the driver was assaulted. He sustained facial injuries in the attack and was taken to Plymouth's Derriford Hospital.
At the time of the incident, it is believed that the road was blocked and that a number of other vehicles were forced to stop.

A 34-year-old local man was later arrested in connection with the incident. Police have appealed for witnesses to come forward.
