"Dummy" triggers Kingswear body search
A LOST dummy triggered a search by the emergency services yesterday.
At midday Brixham Coastguard were called by police for assistance after reports of a body under a landslide at Lighthouse Beach, Kingswear.
Berry Head and Dartmouth Coastguard Rescue Teams as well as Dart Lifeboat were sent to the scene, along with the South East Devon Sector Manager for the Coastguard.
It was found to be an exercise dummy lost by Britannia Royal Naval College, Dartmouth.

The crew of the Dart RNLI lifeboat returned the dummy to a BRNC vessel which was on exercise on the river.
