Exeter Picturehouse to host live by satellite Q&A with Stephen Hawking
The Exeter Picturehouse will be host a live by satellite question and answer session with legendary theoretical physicist and cosmologist Stephen Hawking on Thursday 19 September at 7.20.
The Q&A will follow a gala premiere screening of the new documentary charting Stephen’s life story, HAWKING.
Told in his own words and by those closest to him, HAWKING follows Professor Stephen Hawking’s journey from boyhood underachiever to PhD genius to being diagnosed with motor neurone disease and given just two years to live. Despite the constant threat of death, he has risen to fame and international recognition, and continues to make scientific discoveries to this day.
Professor Stephen Hawking will join Picturehouse audiences live via satellite from the opening night of Cambridge Film Festival for a Q&A following the gala premiere screening of HAWKING on 19 September.
