Exeter's Marsh Barton is partially flooded but still accessible
The Marsh Barton Forum has reported that some businesses may be facing a
clear-up operation as flooding has affected some areas of the
industrial estate.
It is still accessible from all directions and today's boot sale will be going ahead.
