Exeter's Prince Harry look-a-like fools American girls
Exeter's Matt Hicks could be the answer to all those mysterious sighting of Prince Harry in Topsham,
Young Matt, 20, who bears a striking resemblance to the Party prince has already fooled a group of excited girls from the US.
The Americans — flown to the UK in a TV sting to win a date with him — never rumbled the Harry they met was not the real thing.
That was despite environment worker Matt Hicks being nine years younger than the prince — and having blond hair he dyes ginger.

The elaborate hoax saw the gullible girls put up at stately Englefield House in Berkshire, which they were told a pal had lent to the fourth in line to the throne during his hush-hush quest to find a sexy American.
A series of parties thrown there by Matt, included one with a Roman orgy theme.
The con, which the Palace knew nothing about, also saw him waited on by flunkeys and use blacked-out Range Rovers and a helicopter.
A source said: “The girls couldn’t contain their excitement.”
Only when the “winner” of a date with the prince was announced were they told he was a fake.
The show, called Dream Date, will air in the US next year. The show is made by Simon Cowell’s pal Ryan Seacrest and Zig Zag Productions.
