EXMOUTH'S Jo Louis, Sue Wiltshire and Rachel Apsey will represent Great Britain in the ITF Veteran's World Team Tennis Championships.

Louis and Apsey will compete for the GB over-40 team in San Diego with clubmate Wiltshire playing for the over-45s.

A year ago, Louis and Wiltshire won bronze in the over-40 group in New Zealand.

The trio teamed up with Jackie Nesbitt in 2010 to win the National over-40 inter-club title for the third year running after wins over Leicester, Woodford Wells, 45 Club, Portsmouth and Rawdon TC (Yorks).

Exmouth will now compete in the 2011 European Championships having lost the 2010 European Final to Italy 2-1.

Teign Valley tennis prospect Archie Dudman reached the semi-finals of the Exmouth Winter Indoor 14 and under Junior Open after wins over Jack Palmer 6-2, 6-0 and Ben Chandler-Payne.

In the third-place play-off between the two losing semi-finalists, Dorset junior Henry Field beat Archie Dudman 5-2 retired. The competition attracted youngsters from Avon, Somerset, Surrey and host county Devon.
