Family pay tribute to kind, caring and loving Hadley, killed in crash
The family of a young motorcyclist who died in a collision with a car have told how just the mention of his name would be enough to stir fond memories of him.
Hadley Bishop, aged 19, died at 2.40pm on Sunday, November 18 after a fatal collision on the A379 between Stokenham and Torcross.
His black Triumph Speed 4 motorcycle was being ridden from the Totnes area when it collided with a silver Mitsubishi Colt which was being driven by a 24-year-old man from the Kingsbridge area.

Hadley was one of three boys, a twin to William and younger brother of Joe.
A kind, caring and loving son to Jeremy and Jane, he was mischievous and funny, so full of life he always had a big beaming smile and loved to make those around him laugh or smile.
Full of youthful exuberance, he was an absolute character. Mention the word ‘Hadley’ locally, no-one had to ask for a second name.
Only a week ago, he and William were celebrating their 19th birthday with mates on a trip to London. They were inseparable and best friends.
From a long established South Hams family, educated at East Allington Primary and Kingsbridge Secondary schools, Hadley was a true South Hams boy.
He loved the area in which he grew up and could never see himself anywhere else.
He has worked all summer for Salcombe Dairy Ice Cream where he loved the work and was loved by his colleagues.
Unlike many his age, waking at 5am to go to work was no problem because he loved being there. He was really looking forward to a permanent contract in the Spring.
This tragic loss has had a devastating impact on this extremely close-knit local family and the many friends in the community.
The family would like to thank all those who have already been in contact but would appreciate some privacy during this very difficult time.
An investigation into the crash is being undertaken by the serious collisions investigation unit.
