TALENTED filmmakers are being sought to exhibit their work in a showcase of local films at The Museum Of Barnstaple and North Devon (June 30 to July 7).

The exhibition is open to people living in North Devon who have a passion for film-making. The exhibition includes three categories: under 16s, over 16s, and local business or organisation.

"People now have ready access to the technology required to create high quality, engaging films and we would like to offer a physical space to draw attention to our local film-makers, display their work and to celebrate how creative the region is," said the museum's Julian Vayne.

The entry deadline is Saturday, June 16. A panel of judges will view each film and decide whether or not to include it in the exhibition.
