The Westcountry Game & Equine Festival, one of the first great regional game fairs in the calendar, is set to return on March 12-13, 2011, at the Bath & West Showground, Shepton Mallet in Somerset.

This long-established event which attracts over 20,000 visitors will introduce international showjumpers Graham and Tina Fletcher to the new indoor equine arena.

The arena will host an array of equine events and features over the weekend. Graham and Tina will be performing two exciting, entertaining and educational show jumping demonstrations on each day and will also be available over the weekend for autograph signings. Both Graham and Tina have been leading figures in their sport for many years – Graham having ridden in two Olympic Games and won a silver medal in 1980 and Tina has won the coveted Queen Elizabeth II cup on three occasions.

The equine arena will also play host to stallion parades, pony club showjumping challenge and much more.

As well as an indoor and outdoor shopping village, the show also includes an on-site Clay Shoot, BASC Gundog Scurries, Terrier & Lurcher Shows and Fly-casting demonstrations to name a few.
