Flooding won't halt show AGM
THE office used by the organisers of the Mid Devon Show was one of those hit by recent flooding.
Despite this setback, the annual meeting of the district's biggest single day show takes place on Friday.
Those attending the Mid Devon Show meeting at 7.30pm at Uplowman Village Hall will be able to watch a DVD of last year's show at Hartnoll Farm.
Show organiser Carolyn Branton said all are welcome to attend the meeting, which looks forward to this year's event, to be held on July 27, as well as reflecting on last year's.
