Fourth work hub will open next month
A fourth work hub aimed at boosting microbusinesses in Devon is set to open next month.
The Okehampton Work Hub is due to open in mid-February with the aim of providing easy access deskspace, meeting rooms, free WIFI, a postal address service, storage lockers and business advice.
It is the fourth work hub to receive funding from Devon County Council which has invested around £280,000 in the scheme.
Hubs in Totnes, Tavistock and Cullompton have already opened with the Generator centre in Exeter serving as an "associate" hub.

With an estimated 85,000 home workers in Devon, the hubs were launched as a way of boosting start up and microbusinesses.
Devon County Council leader John Hart said: "The Work Hub network is an important part in supporting and strengthening Devon's economy and is certainly proving to be popular amongst those large numbers of residents who are self employed or just starting up a business. There's been high demand for office space so far and we'll be continuing to develop hubs in other market towns."
