Holiday Inn Plymouth wins QMH hotel of the year award
THE Hoe's Holiday Inn has been named as its parent firm's Hotel of the Year.
A team from the Armada Way hotel travelled to the Holiday Inn at Stratford-upon-Avon for the QMH group's Team Member of the Year Awards 2012.

And they came home with the top prize.
Commended by judges for outstanding levels of service and use of technology, the hotel was also praised for its training and development programme, commitment to supporting local causes, staff retention rates and overall level of product.

QMH is among the UK's leading hotel operators with 18 hotels in brands such as Holiday Inn, Crowne Plaza and Best Western.
Now in its 18th year, the QMH awards honour the achievements of employees and hotels within 10 categories.
The Hotel of the Year Award is judged using key performance indicators such as guest service, team turnover, and market share.
