Huge mobile crane blocking Union Street in Plymouth
A large mobile crane is causing delays around Union Street in Plymouth this afternoon.
Police were called to the Octagon roundabout outside the KFC fast food restaurant heading into Martin Street at 3:10pm.
The red crane was being towed by a lorry until its rear hydraulics system failed, leaking fluid onto the road.
The road is blocked and the Highways Agency have been asked to attend.

Another articulated lorry has also become stuck behind the trailer.
Police say the crane measured the equivalent of two lengths of a double-decker bus.
Officers are directing traffic past Union Street outside the Union Rooms public house on the A374.
Western Approach is reportedly closed too.
Suzanne Guswell, of caravan store Caracamp, said: "It looks like the brake fluid on the crane has failed. The police have come down and closed off the road."
