Identical twins set to study at Plymouth University
IDENTICAL twins who studied almost identical subjects have achieved the results they needed for a place at university.
Megan and Kayleigh Liddle racked up a string of As and have both won places at Plymouth University.
The 18-year-old twins, who attended Cornwall College, were over the moon at gaining the grades they needed.
Kayleigh, who got As in photography, psychology, English language and literature and sociology, said: "I got four As and I am so relieved, having brought our family here today – I felt their eyes on me when I opened the envelope.

"We looked online so knew we were in to uni but waiting for today was still scary."
Megan, who achieved As in photography and psychology and Bs in English language and literature and biology, added: "I got two As and two Bs and I'm so happy as I wasn't expecting to do so well, I have been very nervous.
"We are really looking forward to going to Plymouth to live with our friends in a shared house.
"We can now relax and we're looking forward to our treat of an Indian takeaway tonight."
Kayleigh will be studying English literature while Megan will read psychology with human biology.
Russell Lawrance, head of A-levels at Cornwall College, said: "I am so proud of our students' achievements this year.
"Receiving your results is the culmination of two years of hard work and for many the moment of truth to find out if they've been accepted to the university of their choice or confirm their next steps."
